Terms of Service & Non-Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

By purchasing access you obtain a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software (the "Bot") for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Bot is a software tool — it does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of financial service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in prediction-market trading in your jurisdiction. By using the Bot you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The service provider is not responsible for verifying your eligibility.

3. No Financial Guarantees

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk. The Bot's strategy may produce losses. You accept full responsibility for any funds used in connection with the Bot and for all trading decisions made by the software on your behalf.

4. User Configuration & Strategy

The Bot allows you to select trading pairs, position sizes, operating modes, and other parameters. All configuration choices and trading strategies are made entirely at your own discretion. The service provider bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from your chosen settings or strategies.

5. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your country or jurisdiction. The service provider makes no representation that use of the Bot is lawful in any particular location.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Bot interacts with Polymarket and other third-party services. These platforms may change their rules, APIs, or terms of service, restrict or terminate accounts, or become unavailable at any time. The service provider has no control over and assumes no liability for any actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Data & Credentials

Your private keys and API credentials are stored exclusively on your local device and are never transmitted to the service provider. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys. The service provider has no access to your funds and cannot recover lost credentials.

8. No Warranty / AS-IS

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Non-Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once access credentials are issued. No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Inability to run the software on your hardware

• Market conditions leading to losses

• Third-party platform rule changes or restrictions

The only exception is a verified technical failure where payment was confirmed on-chain but credentials were never delivered. In this case, contact support with your transaction hash and a refund or manual credential issuance will be arranged within 48 hours.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or share your credentials with third parties. Violation results in immediate access termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Bot, including its source code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the service provider. Your license does not grant any ownership rights.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Bot, including trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Modification of Terms

The service provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Acceptance

By completing a payment and using the Bot you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Non-Refund Policy in full.
